This Craftsman Style clubhouse was built in 2003 for Lennar properties and is used as a small recreation center for the development’s residents. The clubhouse is surrounded on 3 sides by a man-made lake within the center of the development. Amenities include a small kitchen, recreation/gathering room, multiple pools, and a children’s playground.
