The Clubhouse at Heritage Park

This exclusive resort-style clubhouse was built in Natomas, California for Lennar properties. The Mission style architecture was designed by TDC Architects to “transport” members to a vacation destination with high-end amenities. Indoor and outdoor pools, spas and dining add to the exteriors. Inside, a pub/restaurant, exercise and weight room, locker rooms, crafts room, large banquet and ballroom, and a library are utilized by the members.
