In addition to construction, Sierra View provided design coordination and assistance for this project. The building is designed as a future multi-tenant facility; currently occupied by Vitro Packaging. Constructed during inclement weather, the project utilized prefabricated precast concrete panels. The building has 24 truck docks and is rail served.
